This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EYFS practitioner to support children's learning and development within a nurturing Nursery environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team, providing high‑quality support to pupils, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Start Date: ASAP - July 2026
• Location: Wandsworth, South West London
• Contract: Full‑time, term‑time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching Assistant studies, or a related field.
• Have proven experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally within a Nursery or primary school environment.
• Have experience supporting children with SEN, including adapting activities, using differentiated strategies, and providing personalised support.
• Have a strong understanding of EYFS principles and a genuine passion for supporting children's early development.
• Be caring, patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing in their approach.
• Be confident working as part of a team and able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
• Be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
