Job summary

St Mary’s Hare Park School is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team in a 2–5 provision, full-year setting. This role is permanent and full-time, with start date asap.

Ideal applicants will be Level 3 qualified EYFS practitioners (or equivalent), dedicated to fostering social, emotional and early literacy and numeracy development through play-based learning, routines and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS practitioner (or equivalent) required.
• Strong focus on social, emotional and early academic development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support children's social, emotional and early academic development.
• Work within routines, relationships and play-based learning in a full-year provision.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and pupils to raise standards.
