Remedy Recruitment Group are working with a friendly primary school in South London to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) to join their team. The role covers Nursery and Reception, with one-to-one and small group support to nurture early learning.

Ideal candidates will understand the EYFS framework, be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with strong behaviour management and communication skills. This is a full-time, long-term position with ongoing consultant support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support.
• Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities.
• Supporting personal care routines where required.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers and the EYFS team.
