Long Term Futures in Harrow are seeking an experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in the Early Years, helping with communication, social development and fostering independence within daily activities.
The role is full-time and long-term temporary, starting September, with responsibilities including 1:1 and small-group SEN support, assisting with early phonics, literacy and numeracy, and collaborating with the class teacher and SENCo to follow EHCP

Long Term Futures is recruiting an experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Harrow this September. This position is focused on supporting young children with special educational needs within the Early Years, combining learning support with communication, social development and helping pupils become increasingly independent. The school is looking for someone who understands that progress in EYFS can look very different for children with additional needs. You'll need to be patient, observant and confident adapting your approach to the individual child.
