Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a school in Coalville. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based in one school, with a daily rate of £105.

You will support early years learners, help with their development, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with young children, ideally in an EYFS setting, and hold a Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential
• Experience within an EYFS setting would be ideal
• A Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
• A patient, caring and reliable approach
• Someone who works well as part of a team
• A DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but you must be willing to obtain one

• Support learning and development of young children in EYFS
• Help build positive relationships with staff and pupils
• Contribute to a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Support one school on a full-time basis
