Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit jungen Kindern, idealerweise im EYFS-Bereich.
• Gutes Verständnis des EYFS-Rahmens und der frühkindlichen Entwicklung.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung von Kindern im Kindergarten und in der Vorschule beim Lernen.

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant – Blackpool (FY4)
Start Date: September 2025
Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time

Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their education journey?
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a wonderful primary school in Blackpool (FY4) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to suit your availability.

The Role:

• Supporting children in Nursery and Reception with their learning and development.

• Working closely with class teachers and the EYFS team to deliver engaging activities.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support as required.

• Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development through play and structured activities.

• Assisting with the preparation of resources and the maintenance of a safe and nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).

• Have experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.

• Be committed, caring, and able to foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
