You will work within Early Years classrooms and Reception settings, supporting young children during the most important stage of their learning and development. You'll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
Supporting the class teacher with engaging Early Years activities and continuous provision
Working with individual children and small groups to support learning through play
Promoting children's communication, language and social development
Supporting children's personal, social and emotional wellbeing
Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
Encouraging independence, curiosity and confidence
Supporting children with additional needs where required
Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
