Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated Primary School Learning Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner primary schools in North Tyneside from September 2026. This varied full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children throughout the school day, both in the classroom and through targeted intervention sessions.

You'll play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, develop new skills and achieve their learning goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting.
• Patient, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to adapt to the needs of different learners.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
