Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work across primary schools in the North East, including Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive rates of pay.

You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, and assist children with SEND and additional needs.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a Primary School is desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills are important.
• A proactive and positive attitude is beneficial.
• Experience working with children, young people or adults in the last 5 years in a professional capacity.
