Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified EYFS Teacher for a two-form entry primary school in Southall, West London, starting in January 2027.

The school offers a supportive senior leadership team, medium-sized classes and on-site parking. This is an opportunity for a teacher looking for a full-time, long-term role within an established primary school, supporting children at a key stage in their early development.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Support children's communication, language, physical development, early literacy and numeracy.

• Use play-based learning and structured activities to encourage curiosity, independence and confidence.

• Observe, assess and record children's progress, using these observations to inform future planning.

• Establish positive routines and create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

• Work closely with colleagues and teaching assistants to support children's individual learning needs.

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers and contribute to children's wellbeing and development.

• Follow the school's safeguarding procedures and ensure children's safety at all times.

Salary
