Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified EYFS Teacher for a two-form entry primary school in Southall, West London. The role is full-time and long-term, starting January 2027, with on-site parking and a supportive senior leadership team.

The successful applicant will plan and deliver EYFS activities, support early development, observe and assess progress, and work closely with staff and parents to safeguard and promote pupil welfare.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience.
• Experience teaching in EYFS, ideally Reception.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with EYFS.
• Support communication, language, physical development, early literacy and numeracy.
• Use play-based and structured activities to foster curiosity, independence and confidence.
• Observe, assess and record progress to inform future planning.
• Establish positive routines and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to meet individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers; contribute to pupil welfare.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and ensure child safety at all times.
