Job summary

St Bartholomew's CE Multi Academy Trust seeks an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a child with special educational needs at Gnosall St Lawrence CE Primary Academy.

Based at Gnosall St Lawrence, the post is fixed term, term-time only (20 hours per week), with a Grade 3 spine point and an annual salary of £25,185–£25,989 (FTE).

Applicants will have experience with challenging behaviours, literacy and numeracy support, and a commitment to safeguarding and raising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children who have special educational needs.
• Experience with challenging behaviours and understanding of child development.
• Experience supporting literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to a child with special educational needs in EYFS.
• Assist with literacy and numeracy activities and help raise standards.
