Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is assisting a thriving primary school in England to recruit a Reception Year Teacher for a full-time long-term role starting November 2026. The school serves ages 3-11 and emphasises a caring, inclusive environment where children can flourish.

You will plan and deliver engaging EYFS learning, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and colleagues to support every child's development. The role offers weekly PAYE pay and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and early learning.
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning opportunities.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
