Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bexhill from November 2026. You will support children in a Reception class, helping them access the Early Years curriculum and develop social, emotional and academic skills.

The role requires a solid understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework and child development. You will contribute to observations, support assessment activities, and help maintain a stimulating learning

Qualifications

• Experience in an EYFS setting, preferably Reception.
• Solid understanding of EYFS Statutory Framework and development.
• Ability to observe, assess and support individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children in Reception to access the EYFS curriculum.
• Promote social, emotional and academic development through play.
• Contribute to observations and assessments as appropriate.
