About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Primary School in the Bexley area. You will support the Nursery Teacher to foster learning, development and wellbeing in a warm Early Years environment.

Key duties include delivering the EYFS curriculum, planning engaging play activities, supervising children, observing progress, and building strong relationships with children and families. A safeguarding commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• A relevant childcare or education qualification (Level 2/3 in Early Years or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in the Early Years age range.
• Passion for early childhood development and safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EYFS curriculum.
• Plan and deliver play-based activities.
• Supervise children and support care needs (toileting and feeding where required).
• Observe and record children's progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
