Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an EYFS/Reception Teacher to lead a Reception class in Canvey Island, Essex. You will design stimulating, play-based learning environments supporting early literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.

The role requires UK QTS with EY experience, strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication and teamwork. Salary is £140–£210 per day, full-time/term-time contract.

• Deliver rich, pupil-led learning experiences in line with the Early Years Statutory Framework.
• Track early learning goals (ELGs) and record developmental milestones.
• Maintain a vibrant, continuous:provision environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Work alongside Early Years TAs to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
