Job summary

Teach Now in Havering, London, is seeking a Reception Teacher to deliver the EYFS in a welcoming primary setting. The role runs 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, with a focus on phonics, early numeracy and building confident early years learners.

Salary depends on experience and pay scale position. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to UPS3.

About the Role

Help children build a happy, confident start to school. Teach Now is seeking a Reception Teacher to join a supportive primary setting in Havering, creating a welcoming classroom where children aged four and five can learn, explore and thrive.

You will deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage through purposeful play, engaging activities and focused teaching. From developing early phonics and number skills to encouraging friendships and independence, your teaching will make a difference to childrens first experiences of school.
