Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hornchurch. The successful candidate will join a collaborative Early Years team and play a key role in delivering an engaging curriculum that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.

Applicants should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within EYFS, although applications from ECTs are welcomed.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Possess excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be committed to raising attainment and ensuring positive outcomes for all pupils.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Reception Teacher, you will:
