Smile Education are thrilled to be working alongside a thriving primary school based in East Leicestershire, South of Grantham, seeking an EYFS Teacher to join from January 2027 for two full terms. The role includes all class teaching duties, with a primary focus on phonics teaching and intervention.

Experience with Read Write Inc is advantageous but not essential. Applicants will undergo compliance checks including DBS and qualifications as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• EYFS experience.
• ECTs welcome to apply, especially as a stepping stone before induction years.

Responsibilities

• Teach all standard class responsibilities (planning and marking).
• Deliver phonics-focused instruction and interventions.
