Job summary

Holy Trinity Church of England Primary Academy and Nursery is seeking an EYFS Practitioner (Level 3) to join the St Chad’s Academies Trust. The role focuses on supporting pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally, working closely with teachers and colleagues to remove barriers to learning.

You will contribute to a calm, respectful and purposeful learning environment, adapting support for a range of needs, including SEND, and you will engage in collaborative work across the academy

Qualifications

• EYFS Practitioner, Level 3 at Holy Trinity, part of St Chad’s Academies Trust.
• Supports pupils academically, socially and emotionally and provides targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Works with teachers and colleagues to remove barriers to learning and enable pupils to reach potential.
