Job summary

Holy Trinity Church of England Primary Academy and Nursery is seeking an EYFS Practitioner (Level 3) to join the St Chad’s Academies Trust. The role focuses on supporting pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally, working closely with teachers and colleagues to remove barriers to learning.

You will contribute to a calm, respectful and purposeful learning environment, adapting support for a range of needs, including SEND, and you will engage in collaborative work across the academy

Job description

As a EYFS Practitioner, Level 3 at Holy Trinity, part of St Chad’s Academies Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping to remove barriers to learning and enabling pupils to achieve their potential.

You will contribute to a calm, respectful and purposeful learning environment built on trust and harmony, where pupils feel safe, valued and confident. Through your dedication and positive relationships, you will support pupils’ engagement, independence and enjoyment of learning, adapting support to meet a range of needs, including SEND.
