Job summary

• Excellent communication and interaction skills to provide effective support.
• Empathy, care and ability to form professional relationships with parents and carers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Nursery pupils under EYFS guidance.
• Collaborate with teachers to support learning and inclusion for SEND pupils.
• Work with families and carers to monitor pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Maintain a calm, supportive presence in the classroom and school environment.
