Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
• Take a personalised approach to supporting children's individual interests and developmental needs.
• Encourage children to try new skills, build confidence and develop independence.
• Make the most of the nursery's age-specific rooms and large outdoor garden.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Support children's individual care routines and developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
