Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is assisting a beautifully renovated nursery in Potters Bar with a Nursery Practitioner role at Level 2 or Level 3. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education, following EYFS guidelines and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

You will plan engaging activities, observe progress, support routines and build strong relationships with families. Safeguarding, DBS checks and right-to-work are required, with supportive development

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Ability to create engaging, safe and stimulating activities for young children.
• Strong observation and recording of children's progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Plan and deliver activities based on children's interests and needs.
• Utilise the nursery's learning spaces to support exploration and curiosity.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
• Observe, assess and record progress.
• Support children's daily care routines and milestones.
• Build partnerships with parents and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
