A welcoming early years setting in Derby is looking for a qualified Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join its team as soon as possible.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to help young children develop the communication, confidence, curiosity and independence that will provide the foundations for everything that comes next.
You’ll work alongside the Nursery Teacher and wider EYFS team to create an environment where children feel safe enough to explore, experiment and learn.
We're looking for someone who understands that young children don't all develop at exactly the same pace or in exactly the same way.
You’ll need to be patient enough to let children try, creative enough to make learning exciting and observant enough to recognise when a child may need a little more support.
You must hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner qualification or recognised equivalent.
An Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and relevant pre-employment checks will be required.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive Early Years team within a well-resourced environment designed around learning through play.
The setting is based in Derby, DE23, with good access from Littleover, Normanton, Sunny Hill, Mickleover and Sinfin.

It's where children begin developing their confidence, communication, independence and curiosity about the world around them.
