Job summary

Ryders Hayes School in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced EYFS Class Teacher to join from January 2027 (Spring Term). You will inspire pupils, colleagues and parents and drive teaching and learning in the classroom and through the curriculum team.

We seek a candidate with a strong knowledge of the DfE EYFS framework and early learning pedagogy, who can bring fresh ideas, resilience and energy to support our pupils' success and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an EYFS class teacher with knowledge of the DfE EYFS framework.
• Ability to inspire pupils, colleagues and parents and work within a curriculum team.
• Demonstrates high expectations, resilience and a positive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire pupils, colleagues and parents through enthusiastic teaching.
• Drive teaching and learning in the classroom and through strong subject leadership within the curriculum team.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and interventions to support pupil wellbeing and achievement.
• Promote high standards of pupil behaviour and character across the EYFS phase.

Job description

The Board of Trustees is looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, talented and dynamic EYFS Class Teacher to complement our hard-working team from January 2027(Spring Term) onwards, who will:
