Job summary

Teach Plus Limited is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a West London primary school on a full-time, ASAP-start basis. The role supports EYFS learning, development and wellbeing under the guidance of class teachers.

Applicants should hold a CACHE Level 3 in EYFS Childcare, have UK experience, an Enhanced DBS with Update Service and the right to work in the UK. Salary is £108–£135 per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum CACHE Level 3 in EYFS Childcare.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant/Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Minimum of 3 months UK experience.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the EYFS setting with their learning, development and day-to-day activities.
• Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Develop positive relationships with children, encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support based on individual learning and developmental needs.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and record children's progress, sharing relevant information with the class teacher and wider team.
