Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Middlesbrough, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The role involves working under the Foundation Stage Team Leader and teachers to support learning, play, inclusion, and wellbeing across a busy EYFS setting. The position offers daily pay of £95–£110 depending on experience and requires DBS Update Service, references, and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly within Early Years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and supporting all pupils.
