Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage in Middlesbrough. The role involves assisting with learning and play, promoting inclusion, and working under the Foundation Stage Team Leader and teachers to create a warm, engaging classroom environment.

You will need a Level 3 TA qualification, experience with primary-age children in EYFS, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a flexible approach across a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with primary-aged children, especially EYFS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work well in a team.
