Job summary

This role offers stability and a chance to contribute to children's first learning experiences. The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 TA qualification, have EYFS experience and strong communication skills, plus DBS Update

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
• Recent experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities tailored to the Early Years curriculum.
• Promote children’s social and emotional development and well-being.
• Help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of activities that support the EYFS Framework and child development.
• Support inclusive practices and maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
