Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a vibrant nursery near Formby & Southport. You will deliver engaging EYFS activities for children aged 0-5 and serve as a Key Person to support individualized learning journeys.

The role requires NVQ/CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding. Paediatric First Aid and enhanced DBS are expected or obtainable. Competitive salary with progression opportunities and annual bonus scheme offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ/CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of EYFS guidelines and safeguarding.

• Track milestone progress and maintain safeguarding standards.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and collaborate with Room Leaders.
