TeacherActive are proud to be working with a welcoming nursery in South Liverpool, recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis. The role involves providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5, within a supportive team and EYFS-aligned environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare, have nursery experience, and be passionate about child development, safeguarding and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Experience in nursery or early years environment.
• Passion for supporting young children's development.
• Caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Confident communicating with children, parents and professionals.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Committed to high standards of care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's individual interests and development.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding early years provisions.
