Job summary

The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS practitioner to join Shireland Hall Primary Academy in Smethwick. You will deliver structured programs and support classroom teachers with assessments and records, helping to create positive, well-organised learning spaces.

You will play a key role in modelling excellent behaviour standards and collaborating with a supportive team. A strong EYFS background and Level 3 Early Years qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
• Experience in EYFS setting
• Understanding of EYFS framework and child development
