Bright Horizons Solihull is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to individual children within a supportive team. You will foster a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with families and staff. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating engaging learning environments.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that supports exploration and learning.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to support child development.
• Ensure safeguarding and EYFS requirements are met in daily practice.
