Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support Sheffield primary schools. The role focuses on delivering a play-based, curiosity-driven environment for young learners and ensuring strong early literacy and numeracy foundations.

Candidates with QTS (or equivalent) and EYFS experience will contribute to a supportive team, implementing phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc. and Little Wandle, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and assessment.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent with UK EYFS experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and phonics programmes.
• Ability to plan, resource and deliver continuous provision to drive early literacy, numeracy and PD.
• Excellent behaviour management with a reflective approach to assessing learning milestones.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willingness to apply).
