Academics in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners for supply roles across North Staffordshire. You will deliver high-quality care and education to 0–5-year-olds, collaborating with school teams to create engaging EYFS activities.

Role requires Level 2/3 qualification and ideally Paediatric First Aid; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Flexible shifts and potential permanent opportunities are offered as you gain experience across multiple settings.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Ideally a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and understanding of child development.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting is desirable but not essential.
