Job summary

TimePlan Education are seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries across Southampton and surrounding areas on an ad hoc supply basis.

You will plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, observe children's development, and work with a caring team to provide a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Level 2/3 EY qualification and Paediatric First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Practitioner with Level 2/3 EY qualification.
• Paediatric First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Reliable, caring, and professional with strong communication.
• Experience in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and record children's development, contributing to their learning journeys.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
