St Benedict's Catholic Primary School in Radstock invites applicants for an EYFS/ Y1 Class Teacher. The post is permanent, part-time 0.4-0.5 FTE with MPS scale points 1-6, starting January 2027.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for early learning, a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics, and the ability to support children as they move from reception to Key Stage 1. We value thoughtful relationships, collaborative practice and a caring, values-driven school

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our mixed Reception and Year 1 class. We are looking for someone with a passion for early learning and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and Year 1 teaching, including early reading and phonics. The successful candidate will nurture children's curiosity, build strong foundations and support their transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference within a supportive, welcoming and values-driven school community.
