• Support academic, social, emotional and development of pupils.
• Assist with development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes.
• Provide detailed feedback to teachers on pupils’ attainment, progress and learning behaviours.
• Liaise with safeguarding, SEND needs and wellbeing staff.
• Promote good pupil behaviour and independence in line with school procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence.
• Promote pupil behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts following school procedures.
• Support individual and group attainment and accelerate progress.
