Job summary

Eastfield Primary School is seeking an energetic Achievement Support Assistant to deliver targeted interventions, helping pupils overcome barriers and close gaps in learning. The role focuses on early years and primary settings, with a commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, term-time only, with a supportive Trust environment and opportunities for professional development through targeted CPD.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be understanding and have empathy with children.
• Have a passion to work with vulnerable children and be flexible to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Have an understanding of how children learn and how to get the best from them.
• Have experience of working in a primary or nursery setting.
