Job summary

Optical Express is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our Coventry and Leamington Spa clinics, delivering outstanding patient care and driving clinical outcomes through strong team leadership. You will oversee daily operations and develop the team while promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients, with a 40-hour week including Saturdays.

Qualifications

Strong management experience in an optical setting or high-end retail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-facing role with a focus on growth and patient care.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage resources to meet patient demands.
Ensure the practice is presentable and maintains a professional image.
Recruit, induct, coach and support the team to ensure knowledge and competence.
Advise patients on suitable solutions for their needs.
