Job summary

HRGO recruitment is seeking a Machine Operative in the Kirkby (Knowsley) area for a temporary contract with potential permanent opportunity after 12 weeks. Duties include operating large-scale machinery and extrusion lines, following order sheets, packing and palletising products, with 4 on 4 off shifts and £15.14 per hour paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience is essential.
• Experience operating an extrusion line is preferred.
• All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Role requires heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Dusty environment; overalls provided.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale machinery to manufacture products per customer orders.
• Operate extrusion lines.
• Follow order sheets to produce specified items.
• Pack products at the end of the production process.
• Palletise finished products for dispatch.
• Adhere to strict health & safety procedures.
