Job summary

Willowbrook (Hyndburn) Ltd in Leyland is recruiting dedicated Care Support Workers for our NEW Extra Care Service at Jubilee Gardens, West Paddock. You will help residents with daily living, maintain dignity, and support activities in the community.

You will visit residents as directed by care coordinators, provide personal care, assist with meals, medications, repositioning and domestic tasks, and ensure accurate paperwork and communication with the Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.

Job description
