Job summary

All Care in Wallingford is seeking an Extra Care Supervisor to lead service delivery at Frances Curtis Court, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

You will manage client reviews, coordinate with Social Services, and develop care plans, while maintaining compliance and supervising staff.

The role requires NVQ level 3 (or willingness to attain) and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the care sector.
• Willing to work towards NVQ level 3.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Signing up new clients and liaising with Social Services and/or family members.
• Completing client reviews and ensuring our service is running smoothly.
• Creating and maintaining person centered care plans.
• Carry out risk assessments within the service user’s home.
• Communicate with our care staff regarding our clients’ needs and if any changes occur.
• Completing spot checks and face to face supervisions with our care staff and ensuring all concerns, if any, are reported to the Registered Manager.
• Compliance sign off / medication competencies for new care staff

We are looking for an Extra Care Supervisor to join our team in Frances Curtis Court, Wallingford......

Pay:

£26,480 per annum plus added extra for on call.

Hours:

37.5 hours a week hours, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 plus two days a week on call

For this role, you must be experienced within the care sector and hold or be happy to work towards NVQ level 3.
