Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee the delivery of housing management and support services within an Extra Care scheme in Shrewsbury. You will safeguard tenants, manage tenancies, health and safety, compliance, resident engagement and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality service.

This is a full-time, site-based role located in Shrewsbury with hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate has experience managing housing or extra care schemes, strong customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing housing, residential, leasehold or Extra Care schemes.
• Strong tenancy management and resident services expertise.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to client.
• Investigate reactive requests and carry out repairs.
• Respond to emergencies, sometimes out of hours.
• Manage health & safety issues and audit tasks.
• Oversee site-based cleaners and caretakers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and the client.
