Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to join UKIA Procurement Plus, leading External Talent sourcing, supplier management and contracting across the External Talent category.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Legal and Operations, drives category strategy, market research, vendor negotiations and contract execution to support client projects and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing and supplier management within a large or global organisation.
• Experience with External Talent, Professional Services, Resourcing or Contingent Workforce categories is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Global and Regional External Talent category strategies across UKIA.
• Lead sourcing and contracting projects from market research to supplier award.
• Negotiate and deploy supplier contracts in partnership with Legal teams.
• Manage supplier performance and drive adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Category Management, Legal and Operations.
• Maintain monthly reporting for the External Talent category and provide insights.
