Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner for external digital products, responsible for managing relationships with external digital audit strategic suppliers (such as Inflo) and enhancing the use of these products within the audit practice. You will drive the implementation of these products and lead the transition to a digital-first approach, working closely with the Digital Audit Team, external product teams, and other stakeholders to support digital transformation.

A look into the role:

• Lead the transformation to a digital-first approach by collaborating with external product providers to meet evolving user needs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific external products within our portfolio.
• Develop proficiency in these products to lead the digital transition within the audit practice.
• Measure contract success, troubleshoot issues, and participate in procurement processes.
• Work with stakeholders to maximize adoption of external digital audit products, establishing governance to manage quality and risk.
• Foster a culture where engagement teams proactively seek assistance with these products, driven by quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.

You will also collaborate across the Grant Thornton International network to share knowledge, skills, and best practices, enhancing our digital offerings locally and globally.

As an Associate Director, you should be driven and solution-oriented. Experience in digital solutions within audit or professional services is preferred but not mandatory; we will support your development.

• Proven experience as a product owner, especially in implementing digital solutions in audit or similar environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record in digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
