Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Agile team specializing in AI solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and prioritizing product features that align with our strategic goals and customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and agile methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and market demands.
• Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, customer feedback, and market research. Ensure transparency and understanding among all team members.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Agile Team Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Feature Definition: Define user stories and acceptance criteria for product features to guide development.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and iterations.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications across industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering customer value.

• Ability to pursue engineering integrity in adverse conditions.
• Effective interfacing with various organizational levels.
• Lean/Design thinking experience preferred.
