What you'll do

As a Product Owner, you’ll represent the perspectives of our customers, end users, or stakeholders, guiding the product vision. With strong leadership skills, you’ll steer your team towards this vision, regularly checking in, adjusting, and progressing. You will also ensure that stories and enablers meet acceptance and quality criteria, aligning with the vision, features, and programme objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining the backlog and collaborating with delivery teams to refine it based on customer or user input.
2. Driving programme iteration objectives at team or enterprise levels and coordinating with other product owners and system teams.
3. Working with enterprise architects and teams to understand and prioritize enablers.
4. Supporting your teams by answering questions and removing impediments.
5. Tracking and reporting progress, and participating in retrospectives involving all relevant delivery teams.

The skills you'll need

We’re seeking a creative thinker with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams. You should relate your work to the broader strategic vision, maintain a focus on business outcomes, and possess excellent communication and influencing skills.

Additionally, we expect you to have:

• Knowledge of product development practices in both public and private cloud environments.
• Understanding of product management techniques and lifecycle.
• Experience in changing team or department mindsets, culture, and structure.
• A background working with feature teams and mature collaboration techniques.
• The ability to motivate, engage, and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry-recognized use cases for operating systems, Citrix, and current industry directions for these capabilities.

Hours

35 hours per week.
