Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location: Chester

Contract: Full Time, 42.5 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £25,732 per annum (based on a 40-hour week)

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on-site providing excellent service to our growing exterior customer base.

Main Duties

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Shrub pruning, plant care, and hedge cutting
• Weed maintenance
• Using a range of horticultural equipment, both powered and manual
• Completing digital records via smartphone applications
• Liaising with customers
• Autumn clearing and spring preparation
• Mowing
• Heavy lifting will be required

Qualifications & Experience

• Full UK driving license
• Experience in garden maintenance is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge is advantageous
• Horticulture qualification is desirable but not essential
